This flavour hearkens eastward; Gimlet lemon vinegar is infused with cardamom, saffron, coriander, mint and finished with borage honey from The London Honey Company. The tangy, aromatic lemon vinegar is made by fermenting organic, unwaxed lemon peels and makes for the perfect base for the floral spices, which are both intense and refreshing. We like to serve this with ice, sparkling water, a slice of fresh lime and a sprig of mint. Be sure to have some salted almonds on pistachio nuts at the ready.
