ORDERING OUR PRODUCTS ONLINE
When you place an order with us this will be classed as a contract between you and Gimlet Bar. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and refund you for the cost of your item. This might be due to a price error, stock issues or complications relating to delivery.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the products you receive.
We may substitute the product you have ordered with your consent for a similar product.
Where you have indicated that you do not want a substitute product we will give you the opportunity to cancel your order.
DELIVERY
All orders will be shipped with 7 days of receiving your order and will arrive at your address 48 hours after the date of shipping [excluding weekends].
If you have any questions or issues with your deliveryplease contact us. We cannot take responsibility for any changes you may make to your delivery address or date through the courier.
You own the product once we have accepted your order and received payment in full.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
When you receive your order please unpack it immediately and inspect all products. Please call us if you find any evidence of damage in transit and if possible take some pictures. If the damage is deemed by us to be the fault of the courier we will be happy to replace your product. Unfortuantely we are unable to accept responsibility for any damage or theft to your products which may have arisen as a result of agreements between yourself and the courier.
