DULWICH PICTURE GALLERY
A special cocktail menu created for Dulwich Picture Gallery’s inauguration of the new British Printmaking exhibition
FRIEZE ART FAIR 2019
Gimlet Bar collaborated with the Kitty Travers of La Grotta Ices to create a menu of alcoholic ices as well as an array of playful ‘art world’ drinks specially curated for Frieze Art Fair.
GEFFRYE MUSEUM
Drinks inspired by and made using ingredients from each of the three period gardens at The Geffrye Museum. We also invited friend and cook Lucas Hollweg to serve delicious food alongside.
LEILA’S SHOP
Every Winter we run a festive bar at the wonderful Leila’s Shop in Arnold Circus, Shoreditch, serving Christmas themed drinks alongside canapes and food by friends such as Rosie Sykes, Ben Benton and Sam Lowry.
GAGOSIAN GALLERY
We’re proud to have been asked to serve drinks at Gagosian Gallery in London for the opening of several exhibitions
COLEMAN COFFEE
‘Terrazzo’ and ‘transport-related’ drinks beneath Waterloo station at one of Central London’s hidden gems – Coleman Coffee, a cafe in a beautifully restored Italian delicatessen.
TWO TEMPLE PLACE
Cocktails at the historic Two Temple Place for the private view of large scale drawings by artist Clara Drummond.
BLACKS CLUB SOHO
Gimlet Bar took over Blacks Club in Soho (a three storey Georgian townhouse) for a day. We installed a bar on each floor and served a changing menu of food and drinks in collaboration with cooks Sam Lowry and Kit Hodgson.
NOVELTY AUTOMATION
We made a suite of ‘robotic’ cocktails to accompany Tim Hunkin’s arcade machines at Novelty Automation in Holborn.
VIOLET CAKES
Cocktails, cakes and canapes with Claire Ptak at Violet Cakes in East London.
WALKERS COURT SOHO
Cocktails and lingerie by Isoceles for a week at Walkers Court in Soho.
PRUFROCK COFFEE
We hosted an evening of drinks and food cooked by chef Rosie Sykes at Prufrock Coffee in Clerkenwell.
