BITTER ORANGE

Ingredients: Sicilian Tarocco blood orange [63%}, Seville orange juice [37%], sugar, water, Amalfi lemon [10%], Gimlet fruit vinegar*, raspberry, gentian root, hibiscus, fennel seed, bay leaves.

A Venetian-style aperitivi inspired cornucopia of citrus and herbs. It has a rich, floral and zesty flavour with gentle background bitterness.

*May contain sulphites [not added but naturally occurring as a result of fermentation]

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Time for an aperitif! We like to serve this cornucopia of citrus and spice with a dash of fresh lime juice, tonic and sparkling mineral water. It makes a brilliant spritz too if served with soda and sparkling wine. Cue bowl of crisps and gilda!
