Most of the berry vinegar we produce goes into making our Hedgerow Harvest cordial, but it’s so delicious we thought we’d bottle it separately for you to try. Delicate notes of strawberry and raspberry fruits make this a perfect drinking vinegar, partner for cocktails or a simple way to add more acidity and complexity to one of our other cordials.
