Enjoy this cordial, which is made with 100% Gimlet Bar fruit from our berry plot in Somerset. It’s intense, quite vinous, a little bitter [from the gentian] and very fragrant.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

We’d recommend serving with sparkling water and ice for simplicity; add a squeeze of lemon if you like it extra tart and a dash of orange bitters for a more complex tipple. Try a savoury bitters such as celery if you like. Garnish with orange peel or fresh mint.
