Ciders

We make cider in Somerset under the label Bratton Seymour Cider. The apples hail from two mature cider orchards; one at North Cadbury and the close by at Woolston, either side of the famous traditional cheesemaker Montgomery’s Cheddar. We pick all fruit by hand and our ciders are fermented naturally with indigenous yeasts and bottled without any additives. They range from sparkling, to gently pétillant. We think they are very unique and full of local character.
