Try the fruits of our labours! We’ve put together a box containing four bottles of cider from our 2021 harvest; Farmhouse, Orchard, Seymour and Bayeux; each is distinct in its own way and made with different apple varieties.

The perfect gift for any cider enthusiast!

Each box contains:

1 x FARMHOUSE BLEND 6.2% ABV 75cl
Yarlington Mill 50%, Dabinett, Dove, Redstreak, Cadbury Redwing
Dry, Naturally Sparkling
Light, fruity, refreshing, easy drinking, slightly reductive

1 x ORCHARD BLEND 6% ABV 75cl
Stoke Red 50%, Brown Snout, Dunkerton, Cadbury Redwing
Off-dry, Naturally Sparkling
Complex, floral, sherberty fruit, sometimes a rose-water like finish. Delicate acidity balances off-dry sweetness.

1 x SEYMOUR BLEND 6.4% ABV 75cl
Off-dry, Naturally Sparkling
Micheline, Stembridge Jersey & Vilberie from the orchard at North Cadbury blended with eating apples from Bratton Seymour.

A brave cider, with a full bittersweet astringency that is toothsome and quaffable. It is a light yellow colour, with aromas of seasoned hay and mellow fruitfulness.

1 x BAYEUX BLEND 6.4% ABV 50cl
Dry, Still
Aromatic, structured, with pronounced stemmy tannins and a heady apple-y finish.

Our first 50cl issue! Inspired by the famous Bayeux Tapestry, we blended apples from Normandy variety, which were widely planted in Somerset in the 70s, with 10 other local varieties such as Redstreak, Dabinett & Stembridge Jersey. Because this cider is dry we recommend drinking it with food.
