Description
Fresh heads of elderflower and citrus are fermented spontaneously in open air until the vinegar is complete. The flavour is bright and tangy with an interesting elderflowery boskiness.
Use in salad dressings, or to pickle fish and vegetables.
Drink as-is with sparkling water, or add to your cordials or cocktails in the place of lemon juice. Great in a Gin and Tonic!
