FARMHOUSE BLEND 2022 4% ABV
Yarlington Mill, Dabinett, Somerset Redstreak, Dove, Brown Snout & Cadbury Redwing.

Bottle conditioned, naturally sweet cider [we never sweeten with brewing sugars, or pasteurise], petillant developing more towards sparkling.

Light, fruity, caramel notes, yet refreshing and quaffable. Drink chilled.

The Story

The theme of Farmhouse Blend continues on from 2019 – a blend of lots of varieties, all to be found in the orchard, but always 50% Yarlington Mill; the dame of Somerset cider apples, with its pink skin, red flushing and distinctive conical heart shape. Yarlington provides a balanced, rounded structure to the blend, allowing ample space for other more challenging varieties to make up the structure of the cider. Some lovely, gentle medicinal notes are emerging, as are subtle tannins. Bottled July 2022.

Please note: The bottle label mistakenly labels this cider as 2023. Whilst we would love to make cider in the future – it is in fact from the 2022 harvest.
