Yarlington Mill, Dabinett, Somerset Redstreak, Dove, Brown Snout & Cadbury Redwing. 

Bottle conditioned, sweet cider, petillant, developing more towards sparkling.

Light, fruity, refreshing, easy drinking.

The Story

The theme of Farmhouse Blend continues on from 2019 – a blend of lots of varieties, but primarily of local apple Yarlington Mill; the dame of Somerset cider apples, with its pink skin, red flushing and distinctive conical heart shape.
