Description
This tipple is made with our own fermented pineapple vinegar, borage honey from The London Honey Company and a selection of infused herbs and spices inspired by a traditional drink from the island of Mallorca known as ‘Hierbas de Mallorca’.
The pineapple vinegar tastes less of pineapple fruit and provides more of a salty and savoury backdrop for herbs like chamomile, fennel, bay leaves and sage to name but a few.
We like to serve this with ice, sparkling water or tonic and a slice of lemon. Can you work out what other herbs are in there? We guarantee you won’t be able to stop sipping!
