This flavour hearkens eastward; Gimlet lime vinegar is infused with cardamom, Greek Mountain tea from Maltby & Greek and finished with borage honey from The London Honey Company. The tangy, aromatic lime vinegar is made by fermenting organic, unwaxed lime peels and makes for the perfect base for the floral spices, which are both intense and refreshing. We like to serve this with ice, sparkling water, a slice of fresh lime and a sprig of mint. Be sure to have some salted almonds or pistachio nuts at the ready.
