Unlike our other ciders this small bottling from a single tree produced a savoury cider with soft woody notes reminiscent of a dry sherry. It was never fermented in oak but it really tastes like it was!
Due to it’s dry, oaky flavour, we recommend that you drink this cider with food. It can handle spice well too.
