Made with 100% rhubarb from our Somerset fruit field. This rosy pink cordial has a perfume aroma, a little background gingery spiciness combined with nice acidity from the rhubarb vinegar.

Sip simply with sparkling water and lemon. Top with borage flowers ion you have any in your garden for a lifting cucumbery freshness. Would work well with gin in a Summery Tom Collins!
