Description
We make our cider vinegar from delicious apples grown in Somerset near Cheddar. We pick and press the fruit ourselves from the same orchard each year. Because this vinegar is made from real cider apples [not just eating apples], it has a unique flavour too – it’s very deep, with subtle tannins and a lovely fresh apple finish. A naturally occurring mother culture may form in bottles over time.
Aside from the obvious culinary uses such as salad dressings, de-glazes and so on, we think it’s good enough on it’s own with fizzy water.
