Our new seasonal Herbal Aperitif! Made by infusing apricot, fennel seed and lemon verbena in our very own naturally fermented rosemary vinegar; the strong ‘dry herb’ aroma of this flavour reminds us of the garrigue in the south of France. The intensity of the herbs is tempered by the floral notes of the borage honey, which we source from The London Honey Co. It’s simply delicious.

Be sure to have some crisps or salted almonds at the ready.
