Description
Made in collaboration with Gergovie Wines! This small edition of 60 bottles uses an aromatic wine from Abruzzo as a base, freshly cut herbs and flowers from our Somerset field in combination with citrus peel and roots such as Angelica. It is also intensely aromatic with gentle bitterness, balanced by the complex sweetness of our homemade rapadura caramel.
Drink it with plenty of ice, a slice of lemon or lime and a splash of sparkling water. Saluti!
