SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Made with 100% Gimlet Bar fruit from our fruit plot in Somerset! We’d recommend serving with sparkling water and ice for simplicity; add a squeeze of lemon if you like it extra tart and garnish with a sprig of mint.

Add a shot to a champagne saucer and top up with sparkling wine. Great in lager or cider too. If pairing with a spirit we’d recommend an amber rum, but any spirit will work nicely.
