SERVING SUGGESTIONS
This cordial is based upon an old Temperance movement recipe. It contains our own cider and berry vinegar, stinging nettles, mint, zests and berries. Serve with ice, sparkling water and fresh mint leaves for a delicate soft drink. If you prefer an even more tart drink we recommend you add a dash more cider vinegar or lemon juice. Try with any white spirit or dark spirit, or add to a glass of sparkling wine ‘kir-royale’ style.
