Blood Tonic

What's so special about this cordial?

We make this seasonal cordial once per year, just before Autumn sets in. At this point all the Autumn varieties of berries, such as Autumn Bliss are harvested (along with their leaves), and are blended with zests and other leaves, such as nettles and mint.

This cordial also has cider vinegar added to it in order to balance the sweetness.

How to serve

1oz Blood Tonic cordial
A dash of cider vinegar to taste
3oz Sparkling water
Stir well and add plenty of ice
Garnish with a sprig of mint

Why not use this to make a fancy Kir Royale?
Also great with Gin or Tequila.
