We are a london-based, portable cocktail bar-for-hire, and take our name from the Gimlet - a short and sour cocktail made with Navy Strength Gin, our own fantastic Lime cordial and fresh lime juice. We like to pair the Gimlet with a variety of other seasonal cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks.
