Navy Strength Gimlet

Supposedly invented by Rear Admiral Sir Thomas Gimlette of the British Navy to help prevent scurvy, a 'gimlet' is a delicious, strong sour cocktail made with Gin and lime.

For our Gimlets, we use our own specially made Lime cordial, lime juice and Plymouth Navy Strength Gin, which is shaken together with ice and strained into a coupe.
