Quince Cordial

What's so special about this cordial?

We've blended some very special quince fruit with more exotic spices such as mace and cardamom to keep things interesting. Plenty of cider vinegar has been added as the ideal foil to the intoxicating, sweet aromas. As usual, dilute to taste with sparkling water and add more fresh citrus or vinegar as desired, or use as the base for a winter sour cocktail.

Water, Sugar, Cider Vinegar, infused Quince fruit, Mace, Cardamom & Bay leaves.
