Spiced Lemon
What's so special about this cordial?
This syrup is very intense because we make it completely without water. That's a lot of lemon juice!We leave this to infuse with the zests of all the fruit along with ground spices. After straining, some of the fruit matter and spice remains in the mixture, and we like to leave this in the finshed cordial for added flavour and texture.

How to serve
1oz Spiced Lemon cordial3oz Sparkling water
Stir well and add plenty of ice
Garnish with lemon rind
This cordial is also fantastic with Rum!
We like to serve it in a shandy on a hot day.

3oz beer
