50% Stoke Red, Dunkerton, Brown Snout & Cadbury Redwing

Bottle conditioned, dry cider [we never sweeten with brewing sugars, or pasteurise], sparkling.

Spritzy fizz. Delicate acidity. Light and vibrant.

HARVEST NOTES
A prolonged, warm Spring and Summer in 2025 made it challenging to slow the fermentation. We normally err on the side of naturally off-dry, but this vintage has reminded us how good our ciders can be when dry! With it come more aromatics which are to be delighted in. Some post-fermentation blending was required to balance the spontaneous shift towards dryness and we bottled in May to capture some of the lovely natural fizz.
