Elderflower Cordial

What's so special about this cordial?

Made by macerating flowers for a number of days, turning often, this cordial carries the simple but powerful essence of elderflower, made doubly-so by the acidification of this cordial with our own elderflower vinegar. The vinegar is made directly from elderflowers (as opposed to infusing flowers in wine vinegar) and takes approx 6-9 months to complete.

How to serve

1oz Elderflower cordial
Add a dash of fresh lemon juice if you like
3oz Sparkling water
Stir well and add plenty of ice
Garnish with a slice of orange or lemon
