A Bartender’s Guide
to Mixing with Gimlet Bar Cordials & Vinegars

A simple recipe can always be found on the back of your cordial bottle but if you want to make a more complex drink we recommend you experiment. Once you master the basic principles, you can start to play with other flavours and vary your ingredients. The possibilities are endless!

Mixing drinks with our cordials

Mix your drink ingredients in a small jug or shaker first as this is much easier and more consistent than stirring an overfilled glass.
